Belt Drive System
Northwest Tillers is known throughout the world for its advantageous belt drive technology. Northwest Tillers' exclusive belt drive system is designed and is proven to reduce downtime and damage to your tractor by absorbing the shock of hitting hard objects such as rocks or tree stumps. Our unique belt drive system outlasts the clutch-type systems found in most tillers today, and allows for variations in the soil. Easy belt adjustments can compensate for varied soil conditions.
Maximum Versatility
Since every tiller is precision-built by hand to the customer's expecations, maximum versatility and usability can be achieved. Tillers can be used as conventional tillers or as mulchers, rotors and blades are easily adjustable for multiple configurations, chemicals or fertilizer can be incorporated, and more. Tillers can be built to accomodate any tractor and any size, from four feet wide to thirty feet wide.

When you need parts for your Northwest Tiller you don't have to worry about the downtime and losing valuable time in the fields! We manufacture our units in the USA so your parts are only a phone call away! Our dealers carry a stock inventory of our parts but you are more than welcome to order them from us too!
Rebuild Program
With our quality and durablilty we know our tillers can and will perform for many years. Like any good thing there may come a time you want to give your tiller the extra kick to help it perform for many more years to come. Our rebuild program offers you the opportunity to revitalize your Northwest by repairing or replacing worn out or damaged components. 
While your machine is here we can also update your tiller with the latest technology and offer suggestions for another application if your tillage needs have changed.
Rugged Durability
Northwest Tillers are built to be exceptionally tough, so a long life expectancy can be expected with any of our tillers. Every tiller is American-made out of 3/4" to 1/2" steel, and standard features include a hardened 3" solid square drive shaft, a heavy duty three point hitch, triple seal bearings, a two piece blade-mount rotor design, and a heavy duty gear box with a gear and pinion system that just won't quit.

235 HP Gear Case
Northwest Tiller is now installing a new 235 hp gear case that is a more durable unit that can handle today's tractors. The new gear box has a double seal system that keeps the oil in and debris out. It has proven itself to be more efficient than the anti-wrap seal system.
Gear Case Cooler
This system is used for the 235 hp gear boxes to keep the unit from overheating and causing damage to unit.
