Warranty Submission

Warranty start date is based on ship date from Northwest Tiller unless it is a dealer stock unit. Dealer or customer must register a machine within 5 working days of sale to be eligible for warranty; said machine must be registered to purchaser.

Warranty may be void if machine is not registered properly or in time frame allotted.

Parts or assemblies being submitted for warranty will be submitted with a photo and uploaded into online warranty/registration program:

WARRANTY Northwest Tillers Inc., (manufacturer) warrants it products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the initial user when given reasonable use under normal conditions. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, as the manufacturer shall elect upon inspection to have been defective in material or workmanship, but does not include any installation unless the repaired part is authorized by NW Tiller Production and Service manager. No transportation costs involved in warranty will be covered unless authorized by Service Manager in writing. Note: BLADES, BELTS and PTO are not covered by warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any Northwest Tiller equipment or part hereof which has been damaged in any accident, fire, flood or act of God. This warranty is likewise not extended to repairs on second-hand machine, or to Northwest products on which repairs or alterations have been made, or when other than Northwest Tiller equipment parts have been used, unless authorized in writing by the manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right, at any time, to make changes in design, material or specifications of its product, without thereby becoming liable to make similar changes in units manufactured earlier. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties covering Northwest products and no other warranties, expressed or implied, are made or authorized by the manufacturer
